Bio:With a master’s degree in business administration, majoring in business development, strategic planning, marketing and information management and political science studies, Jens Sundbye has specialized in Cluster development through global collaborations, partnerships and alliances. Building global networks and using networking as a key strategic tool Jens as a project manager has worked with more organisations wwithin food sciences projects in relation to food quality, environment protection and biomedical research. Jens Sundbye combines expertise and knowledge of how the life and food sciences are mobilised, commercialised and organised globally with a special interest in the interaction between public and private research and the strategic design of an effective integrated value chain. He has a special interest in genetics and animal models for medical research. A well developed global network, e.g. in China, is turning into cooperation projects on pig-genetics, animal breeding, bio-agriculture and food safety and quality. His expertise involves networking with political institutions and he has also provided management consulting services in Scandinavia and Russia. He has worked together with more companies on other major projects. |
